Taarak Mehta ka ooltah Chashma is India’s longest running sitcom. In its starting years,the show was very entertaining and I used to enjoy it very much. However gradually over the years,the show has become from good to bad and finally worse. There is little comedy nowadays and the directors of the show also have lost the creativity of coming up with a good plot. It has also been noticed that a same type of plot is introduced after every few days. For example, a story involving popatlal’s Marriage was introduced in the show a few weeks ago and now, the same type of story is being introduced again. Also the directors of the show extend a plot unnecessarily for 3-4 weeks, which doesn’t make any sense. Nowadays I only watch it for Jethalal who is the protagonist of the show and also the only person who bring a little comedy in the show. Thus, the show has to improve largely in order to continue, or soon it would lose its popularity and come to an end.
