I thought this movie was a masterpiece from the storytelling to the cinematography to the performances, everything in this movie is top notch. Joaquin Pheonix as joker even rivals the legendary Heath Ledger with his incredibly disturbing performance as the clown prince of crown. One cool thing about this movie is that there are a bunch of different ways you can interpret it because for one there is an unreliable narrator so Arthur's perception of what happened could be flawed and for all we know the entire movie takes place inside his head. This movie pays homage to classics like "Taxi driver" and "Fight club" when the final twists and turns take place you have to reinterpret what you just saw. The music is very vague and disturbing but it only makes the movie better. The way Arthur is treated at the beginning by society is so bad it almost makes you happy when he brutally murders a few "AWFUL" people. The movie is so well crafted you feel bad when Arthur is bullied even when you know he will become the joker and when he does you feel a sense of victory. This movie was nominated for best picture for a good reason and it deserved to win. This movie is not necessarily a happy movie. It's more like a drama and a deep character study. In a time when superhero blockbusters were dominated by spectacle and scale this movie did something different and had something to say. Not to mention this is one of the most profitable comic book movies of all time with a budget of 20-25 million dollars got over a billion dollars in the box office it's a remarkable achievement and it won't soon be forgotten. I just know Heath Ledger would be proud. R.I.P.

Making a 4 hour justice league movie was a bold move and they absolutely pulled it off. An amazing movie with a darker tone to it. What I love about this movie is that all of the characters know that there is a threat to the world and they don't waste time cracking jokes and arguing. Literally everything in this movie is better than the theatrically released justice league. So if you like DC this is a must watch for you. The action is great the performances are amazing and the action is phenomenal. The movie doesn't feel long. It captures your interest for so long that when you get up you don't even realize you were sitting for 4 hours and if you can't watch all 4 hours in one sitting you can split it up into 6 parts. Tom holkenborgs score to this movie rivals even john William's superman score. Snyder has a talent for the visuals which make the movie even better. A lot of people criticize this movie for being the same as the theatrical cut but the storytelling is different and the characters are fleshed out much better specifically Flash and Cyborg. The end product is so good you would wonder why W.B. got involved at all. I thought it would be ambitious but flawed but it's just really good. This incredible film is a continuation of Man of steel, Bvs ultimate edition and Suicide squad and this movie makes all of these movies a lot better. This is a visually stunning movie which has an incredible score and the cast has amazing chemistry with one another. I thought Ezra Miller was miscast as the flash but by the end even I was rooting for him. The fact that this film is 4 hours gives it time to develop and flesh out all the characters. And also the villain is a lot more compelling with an actual motivation and Darkseid is not in this movie for a long time but he is a very prominent character, plus there is a lot of fan service in this film for example Martian manhunter.I'd give this movie a 9.5/10.
