Strictly for people who need Spritual enlightenment/ liberation / relieve from meterialistic world, then this book is a must ✌️
Many co-incidental happening occured for me while reading.
One instance: I am deeper devotee of Lord Shiva, and while reading this book in the beginning there is not even I single mention of Shiva and talks abt Yoga. Once I lost interest since there is no topic , coincidentally the next topic came projecting Shiva( Note: I don't have a habit of seeing what are the chapters before reading).
The books cover picture of Yogi itself will make you read even though the topic is very scientifical/ draggy/ Complex.
