I love the movie, it bought me to tears, what I don’t understand is why people believe that a actual autistic person should of acted as music instead. If you know anything about autism. Then your would see that realistically it’s not possible, to have one play such a role with all the flashing lights, loud noises and everything that goes into making a movie. It would be to far to much and very frighting for the child. I don’t see in any way shape or form how this came off to be offensive. In my eyes the way SIA and maddie portrayed music was beautiful and informative in so many ways.
