What a GREAT movie!!! Great acting and great story. I cried a lot while watching. This movie really touched my heart. I REALLY recommend this movie. This is perhaps the best movie I have ever seen in my whole entire life. I am planning to go see it again with another friend who wants to see it.

Horrible movie! Not one scripture. Not even one of the temptations from the devil in this movie matched one of the temptations in the Bible. Also, in this movie Jesus eats a piece of food during His 40 day fast. Bible says He did NOT eat any food for 40 days. Another thing horrible about this movie is the boy's dad in the movie asked Jesus if it is safe for him to be lowered down a cliff by a rope while Jesus and the man's son held the rope. Jesus said its safe and then the man ended up falling down the cliff and dying. This shows that Jesus didn't know the future that this man would die. Jesus knows EVERYTHING! He, who is God in the flesh would NEVER say it is safe when it is not and will result in a death! In NO way is this movie Biblical at all. Please everyone, skip this unbiblical movie and instead spend your money on a Bible and start reading the New Testament where you will read what really happened in the desert. I know this story is an "imagined chapter," but it shows Jesus breaking His fast, not knowing the future-saying it's ok to go over cliff when it wasn't safe and not one single temptation matched what the Bible says. I was waiting for just one match from the Bible and I got none from this movie. Then the death scene with Jesus on the cross and then they close His body in a tomb and bam the movie ends! What about the resurrection? Jesus ROSE from the grave! They didn't show this. Horrible movie! What a waste of my evening! I could have read the Bible and spent time alone with my Lord Jesus instead of this dumb movie.
