I am a bit baffled by all the glowing reviews and awards .... wondering if everyone forgot how good and timeless comedies like Seinfeld and Taxi and Dick Van Dyck and Honeymooner's and Barney Miller and Curb Your Enthusiasm were ... while there are many endearing and funny moments and personalities ... especially from Eugene and Chris and "Bob" .... I must say that after watching all six seasons I found many of the characters to be too exaggerated and overblown and offputting and ... frankly ... just not funny .... I understand I'm a minority here .... but I just have to use my experience with comedy and humor to voice my feeling that I find this series to be much overrated and for me far too many times annoyingly unfunny .... I'm happy that it gave many viewers moments of fun and enjoyment ... but worried that the bar for good comedy has gotten a bit low ... just sayin ...
