Ridiculous! A hunted woman, with no law enforcement training, is issuing ultimatums to the agent protecting her and the White House Chief of Staff. Finds time to make jokes instead of showing any real fear. Not believable, and she isn’t likable. Not understanding what all the hype is about.

Started out with a bang, fast moving and lots of intrigue. Ended up with too many questions. Far too much dialogue as the show went on. Totally disappointing.

I thought the book would have one decision and then the other. However, it goes back and forth chapter by chapter, almost making it difficult to remember which story you’re in. If you put the book down and go back a few days later, you’re really confused. You’re also wanting to scream, “Get on with it already.” I don’t have the patience to finish this mediocre story.
