Julie Bonaduce

Space opera with a less than great libretto. The script is lead. Characters are drawn in Sharpie and a dull crayon, two dimensional and predictable, especially the Cruella DeVille/Selma Blair social media queen and dopey scientist husband. It's nice to see some real diversity, even when it feels a little self-conscious. It's a decent premise overall, so hopefully the writers will find their space legs and start writing some humanity into the stories.
