Enjoy your Journey This is by far the best series I had watched in recent times in OTT. Very true, realistic, no drama short series. Most importantly, this story is so close to my heart being an accountant myself. CA is a course which as difficult as medicine or engineering but somehow gets short stepped. All doctors, engineers, architects, businessmen, artists, sportsperson, lawyers, have to, at the end of the day, come to a CA for finalising their books.of account, filing various returns. Thank you for making me Such a heart touching movie Hridayam translates as “Heart” – Though it’s a simple title but sometimes they say Simple is more powerful, I guess that’s what has worked for this magical masterpiece on screen. This is a romantic coming of age story of Arun Neelakandan (beautifully essayed by Pranav Mohanlal) and how his life transpires through various People he meets, incidents that happened in his life and off course his love interest shape him as a person. Ok I know it’s a regular coming of age story we have seen in so many movies of similar genre, that’s easy and said but Director Vineeth Sreenivasan makes sure he delivers his mark in this soulful tale that unfolds on big screen leaves all your emotions turned. This close to 3 hours long movie might sound like a long affair to sit and watch but a quirky and engaging screenplay makes sure mostly you don’t get that thought. Performances – All three leads deliver what’s exactly needed for the role they look naturally the character which is a testimony to their craft. Pranav Mohanlal as Arun emoted almost every node of the emotional graph and gave his character life. Darshana Rajendran plays Darshana a beautiful curly haired girl next door seemed effortless in her role delivers strong with her subtle emotions. Kalyani Priyadarshan as Nithya is your cute software angel will make sure boys go crazy with her cuteness but that doesn’t shy away her acting skills equally shows all range of expressions especially when showing the sense of insecurity in loosing your loved one to another person. I have to say if these main characters must live and shine the support should be strong and that’s what we get from the supporting cast characters Antony Thadikaran, Jimmy, Maya, Lachu Patti, Selva, Ironing girl Selvi, Kedar. Everyone did their role with full justice. Music – Lets talk about the elephant in the room, yes songs and BGM from this movie makes the Music director the real hero of the film. Hesham Abdul Wahab on his Debut as music director his soundscape gives the life to the story. I cannot think of this movie without the songs and BGM which were soul stirring. Lyrics by Arun Aalat were so powerful and beautiful that connects to your heart. Cinematography – May it be the college life or the city scape Viswajith the cinematographer transfers the viewers to their world for a subtle yet immersive experience. Make sure to catch this move on big screens it’s not always the Avatar’s that need big screen sometimes as simple as our day-to-day life story can do magic on screen. Overall a definite solid coming of age story with lots of fun, sadness, anger, betrayal, passion, love, friendship, and Romance at its heart Vineeth Srinivasan’s Hridayam makes sure it touches the viewers Hridayam.

Awesome movie Very Good experience for NSG commando force. Major review : Emotional & Gripping Action Drama. My rating : 5/5 Performances : Adivi Sesh, with no second thought, the role of Major Sandeep is the best ever role played and performed by Sesh. Sesh might have an advantage by looks, but the body language, the intention, the transformation and everything else is all his hard work and that truly reflected on screen. Sesh’s intensity in the training sessions at NDA and the rescue mission at Taj Hotel is the highlight in his performance. Saiee Manjrekar as Isha fits the role well. The character Isha has innocence in her, but at the same time, she is very mad of Sandeep. Saiee emoted the same and her scenes with Sesh came out really good. Prakash Raj who played the father of Major Sandeep did brilliantly well, as known to us all. He is a great actor always and he added one more great performance to his list of the best. Prakash Raj narrated most of the story and he emoted every single feeling through his voice. Great actors just don’t impress the audiences with their eyes and expressions, but also with their voice and the narrative of Major is one such good example. Revathi, who played Sandeep’s mother perfectly balanced that innocence and emotions at her best. Sobhita Dhulipala who played Pramodha Reddy, a hostage in the Taj hotel nailed all her scenes. Even though she gets a less screen time, playing the special role, she shines there throughout the scenes. The kid who played the role of Sandeep during his childhood looks very cute and gave a brilliant performance. Murali Sharma is good as the NSG chief. Others performed according to their roles. Technical values : Adivi Sesh provided the story and screenplay for the movie. As everyone knows the story is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan but Adivi Sesh came up with the gripping screenplay. Especially, his paperwork during the crucial Taj Mahal hotel Commando operation is clearly visible on screen. Sasi Kiran Tikka, he has done a very good job with the film. Without drifting away from the emotions, he showcases what happened in the 26/11 attacks in a detailed and perfect manner. The way he ended the film with an emotional high is the best part of his narration. The cinematography work by Vamsi Patchipulusu is impressive as he showcased the entire film on a bright note especially he shot the action scenes in the second half with smokey frames and elevates the mood nicely. Music by Sricharan Pakala is the backbone of the film as his background score elevates the crucial episodes superbly. Two duets between the lead pair in the first half are passable on screen. Abburi Ravi dialogues are impactful. The speech given by Prakash Raj at the end of the film is very impactful, inspiring and heart touching. The production houses Sony Pictures, GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies need to be appreciated a lot for encouraging and backing this film and it’s team. What a movie. Watched a stunning movie after a long time. Maharaja in one of those few movies which kept me thinking after I finished watching the movie. After the climax the thought that came to my mind is "karma I salute you". Superb depiction of what you give comes back to you. Sensitive screenplays just keeps you thinking. Like the snake portrayed the search for the evil venum. Perfect narrative which made the viewers traverse exactly as the Director expected. Significance of dustbin in their family being explained in beginning, daughter in her school sports camp, makes audience believe complain is genuinely for loss of dustbin. Vijay sethupathi as always shine with his master performance. It is now difficult to imagine anyone else performing Maharaja role. Equally great were all other actors, the child artist, police team, antagonists all did to their best. Kudos to Nithilan sir, and entire cast and crew of Maharaja. Thanks for a great
