I watched the 8/23/19 episode today. Most of the material presented seemed relevant to the subject of this episode. This man and clearly needed help recognizing and accepting that he needs to make changes that will improve his life and live up to his potential. Where it became awkward, is discussing his losing his virginity. I understand he is a little late in this area and it could be relevant. , but why did we need to know that he "caved" and rented a motel room and had sex with woman he met on a dating site?
