Some bits of bias in the judging but not being there to taste the food, I could give the judges the benefit of the doubt. Concept won over performance of running a kitchen or food. However, the hygiene standards were rather shocking e.g. rings on fingers, unkempt hair, speaking into food, acrylic nails, handling food with ungloved hands. Was this really the Langham?!
