After 20 sessions, I am finally going to review. Flat out, this pump does not work and the product pieces are so cheaply made that I have to get a new part after every session per customer service. Here we go: 1. The suction is awful. It’s not strong and let alone it barely sucks in your milk from the flange to the container or air bag making the milk leak out from the flange while pumping or just hangs out in the flange (cue customer service saying it’s a flextube issue and we’ll send you another, which still doesn’t work) 2. You’ll almost always lose milk. The pouring area does not have a seamless stream and will get everywhere on your counter. It’s also not great for moms who are in a hurry or pump in the middle of the night because you need to remember a few steps to not leak milk while half asleep or dealing with a crying baby. 3. The sizing is off. After 6 phone calls from customer service, 2 times they have told me I have a sizing issue and each told me a different flange size. One of the flanges changed my nipple and now my baby won’t latch.. which thanks, Willow now I have to pump more and bottle feed my child. Thank god I have a spectra pump that actually works so I can provide milk to my child. 4. The products are cheaply made. I’ve had customer service tell me I’ve had a flextube defect, a container defect, and even the Willow defect. ALL have sent me new ones and guess what? The Willow does not work. I have worked with several people to help me actually make this product work and it just doesn’t. PLEASE save your money people and buy an Elvie. I am kicking myself for wasting so much money, time, and wasted milk on this product.
