So far, I like the main character and his children. I like the way the story is progressing. I like that unlike series like Tulsa King, Jon Hamm's character actually has to face some resistance although the resistance is low for now. However, I do not like that they threw away common sense for the plot. I refuse to believe that rich people do not have surveillance in their houses no matter how safe the neighborhood is. I am also baffled that there are no security cameras on the streets. You could argue that the residents voted against the cameras on the streets for privacy but it doesn't fit the narrative that the neighbourhood is so secure without having any form of actual security apart from patrolling security guards. And also, why is there an ad for every item he steals? Kind of a smart way to add product placement to make more money but it really ruins the viewing experience. It's like those short movies that turn out to be ads. The first time it looked nice but now it feels like a you're clicking the item description in a video game. I also don't like the fact that they make it seem that everyone cheats but Jon Hamm, a guy who has it all and spent no time in human intimacy that led to his divorce, never cheated. Yes writers, I'm stupid and I believe it.
