I love this show! I am not typically into these sort of tv shows. I had the attitude of "seen one Hospital show, you've seen them all!". NOT the case with New Amsterdam! I get excited when each new episode comes on. Max is phenomenal! I love Helen too! My Dad died of Cancer almost 2 yrs ago. And watching Max keep pushing even when he feels just awful, reminded me of my Dad. (Who wasn't a Dr.) But, never complained about the pain, and never let Cancer ruin what he had planned for a particular day. Keep up the good work! I'd love to see many more years of this show...even decades!

This is show is quickly becoming a favorite for me! You get emotionally connected with the characters. I feel it's based on real life struggles. The cast does a fantastic job! I look forward to each new episode! I have yet to watch an episode where I'm not in tears. The acting is superb! You feel the pain, the journey, and the problems they face. I'd rate it a solid 10!
