Nag’s Kalki 2898 AD movie has set new boundaries for Indian cinemas with an unexplored genre of Indian sci-fi connecting with Indian’s rich mythology, sure it’s graphics are not same as some of the Marvel or DC movies which is by far a fraction of budget of them, but it’s in-par with the scale, and vision of one man’s dream.
If you are an Indian movie buzz, you will know something like this is never seen before in Indian cinema history.
Director did a great job in blending mythology with post-apocalyptic world in dystopian era where there is a stark difference between haves and have nots.
Cast: Words can’t justify Amitab sir performance, feels like he was born to cast in this role, although he has nothing to prove given his achievements, he still went on buying into Nag’s vision and risking his reputation with a relatively new director.
Sorry Prabhas, Amitab steal the thunder this time. Not to forget nothing less about Prabhas’s performance. Everyone else, Kamal sir , Deepika all deserve a huge applause.
In short, hoping this movie opens up a new door for Indian cinema.
