Black Myth: Wukong is an unfinished game. The developers clearly did not finish the game and had to rush it to the online store so they could sell and get some money. This game has only boss fights. You literally run forward for 3 or 4 minutes and fight a boss. Than you fight another boss, than another one than you run for 2 or 3 minutes and what do you find? Another boss. Forgot to mention that the majority of the bosses either run away after being defeated or will "transform" for seconds phase. They also lied during the advertising of this game as the company itself said that this game is not a soulslike. BLACK MYTH WUKONG IS A SOULSLIKE, A BAD ONE BUT IT IS A SOULSLIKE. To summarise, this is an unfinished and untested game, sold for lots of dollars and hyped up by paid youtubers. Shit game.

After beating ER, DS series and Bloodbourne I decided to give this one a try. After 20h playing, here in my conclusion: It's a very niche game. Created for a certain group. It is made hard just to be hard. If you don't mind playing using only L1 and R1 you can make it. Otherwise you will find yourself trying to remember patters of 100 different bosses that offers long fights. What I think the Devs did? Well, instead of making a very large health bar for enemies, this time they created a "posture" bar which is basically a layers 1 health bar. If you break this bar by "parrying", you can, after countless times, give a big hit. So yes, you will lose your precious time, memorising useless bosses patters and getting stuck with unnecessary mini bosses because every single of them has a different timing for you parrying. Conclusion: I appreciate the idea of trying to innovate and create a new combat system. But I am sure that this one was poorly executed. You cannot expect every player to have the time to spend 5 hours in each boss or miniboss so they can remember patters. Worse, after you defeat the boss, you play for 10 min and them another boss. I have played this game for 20h and I don't have a clue about the story and what is actually my main goal apart that, there is a boy and he's important. You cannot enjoy the game if you are taking so long to pass every random enemy. Like most Fromsoftware games, they punish new players too hard while they are still learning. DS, BB, ER are amazing games, but they all have the same problem as Sekiro, they don't let you learn before giving you a challenge. Sekiro goes beyond, you MUST learn the patters. Sekiro demands too much time, and I believe its not worth it.

I don't quite remember the last game I didn't clock at least the story. Dying Light is going to be the first in a long time. Terrible ideas: - Zombies respawn is crazy fast, I mean fast - Zombies health are unreal big, you gotta have patience, it will rake 15, 20, 30 hits of melee - No fast travel - Overloaded with sprint zombies. You cannot go from point A to B without losing at least 30 minutes killing sprinting zombies that climb and jump really fast - The game is very redundant, you climb, collect, and avoind zombies The overall feeling is that the game gone wrong in the development, they got the graphics and environment right but after that, due to lack of idea, they just made it hard to justify the rest. Very poor made game. The most exciting thing about zombies is shooting them but for some very silly reason the devs thought it would be a good idea to make it very hard to find a gun. Instead, you get wrench, planks and hammer to hit the zombies and you have to keep fixing those weapons. It is a absolutely annoying game. It is hard but not exciting. Basically the game is built so you run from the zombies using pakour. Even tough there isn't fun in running from zombies all the time, but you have too otherwise they keep packing and packing and all you have is a hammer, you heard it right, a hammer, to kill 50, 60, 70 zombies, and remember, you got fix your hammer, because it breaks easily, and remember, there is a maximum fixing times you can do it, usually 3, and than your hammer breaks and you gotta get a plank, and maybe you can put a nail on it, but the plank also is going to break. The game would be very, good if instead of too many hammers, planks and wrench, we had more weapons. I do not recommend this game. I played 15 hours and got nowhere, not even one bullet shot on a zombie, only a hammer. Started playing Days Gone, much better.
