I was expecting more! Not sure exactly what but more! Being on big screen was beautiful but caused the viewing to feel less personal. The movie lacked twists, turns and surprises in the story line as we had become accustomed from the tv series. The downstairs workers’ standing up to the King and Queen’s servants was highly unrealistic! It just wouldn’t have been allowed. Thomas’ feeling so at ease in his position and livelihood, again, not believable! The whole movie was much to do about nothing.
