I read the manga way before this is adapted to a series. Some background story is changed but acceptable, some characters is added, but major plot is still the same. I think they choose the wrong actor for Cho Tae Sub and Kang Min Seok. The manga version of Cho Tae Sub is a tall fit man, has a vicious face like a mafia boss who becomes a politian, always thinking and plotting something evil, and gives "don't mess with me or I'll kill you" vibe. Lee Kyoung Young's acting is good but he is not a good Cho Tae Sub. His face, gesture, and body language is too kind and too elegant for Cho Tae Sub. Lee Kyoung Young gives a "kind ahjussi with hidden dark side" vibe, he doesn't give Cho Tae Sub's dangerous aura. I think Choi Min Soo will be a better fit for Cho Tae Sub. Manga version of lawyer Kang Min Seok is an eager handsome hyung, maybe has a little playful/playboy side in him. Lee Jae Woo's version in the series is too geek for KMS, better lose the eyeglasses and change his hair style. But, I think Kwon Sang Woo will be a better fit for KMS. But hey this is just my opinion. There's one thing unlogical, Park Sang Man survives despite of being thrown off from the same rooftop where Kim Hee Woo died. Even if it's not the same rooftop, it is still supposed to be somewhere high. Miracle do happens (in the hands of the writer)!!! 😂 Overall, this is still a good kdrama, especially if you haven't read the manga, because the antagonist vibe in manga is very different from the series. Season 1 covers the whole manga, and they give a teaser for Season 2. Definitely will wait for a new season with a fresh story line. Please explore more of Kim Hee Woo and Kim Hee A love story in Season 2 because they can be a cute couple and they deserve to be happy :)
