We did the tour today, 7/8/2025. Before departure we were asked if we could change tours because ours was over booked. As a gift for changing, our tour was upgraded to include the helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon, added the sky walk, complimentary drink from the gift shop, and a free souvenir photo. The cashier at the gift shop, Jessica, made us a fresh breakfast and was very polite and friendly as we waited an extra hour for our flight. Matt our pilot was great. Very knowledgeable as we flew over the different locations. He also had a great music play list. I would definitely recommend Papillon Helicopter Tours while in Las Vegas. Great staff and great customer service.
