Kantara Chapter 1 was not as exceptional as the first part. The original Kantara gave us goosebumps with its gripping story and presentation, but Chapter 1 was a disappointment. Rishab’s performance felt like overacting, and the story lacked depth. Bringing Nandi into the scene felt unnecessary and only added to the disappointment. With better execution, the movie could have lived up to its predecessor.
