What a HUGE waste of time...Too long, absolutely AWFUL songs, absolutely NO plot, the development of the absent plot is at a dead crawl and leads right off a cliff. This not a thriller, or action, or mystery or really even a love story. It's a GIANT waste of time. The cinematography is great, many times i wanted to pause the movie and look at a frame, but then it keeps on going, thus ruining my night. There were probably no less than 17 times that I wanted to leave the theater. I held out hope that it would get better and it never did. EVER. There is one part in the last 18 seconds of the movie that was very interesting, but THAT'S IT! Seriously. I honestly think this movie would have been better on silent. I'm dead serious. Volume 100% off. *Spoiler Alert* This is a musical. A legit musical. The rumors are true. Joker and Lady Gaga are the only ones to sing. They both sing so God-awfully that it's unbearable. The music would be decent if they weren't singing. There is no creepiness, no psychological aspects, no cerebrality, no horror (other than they're voices). This movie could have been a short and been more effective, but as it stands I would 100% INSIST that you do not see it. You will be so so so mad.
