Far worse than just a bad movie… It was long, boring, overdone on the special effects (typical Steven Spielberg), preachy (typical Hollywood), and weak in the writing/story line- from beginning to end- and WOW did it take too looooong to get to the end! In fact the euphoria point of this colossal over-hyped production comes AT THE END- as in the part where you leave! Only, then, in regret, you are left with the realizations that you, one, spent way too much on this mess of a movie; and, two, you just lost three hours you will never get back. Movies and concessions are already way too expensive as it is. THIS effort in filmmaking (so called) wasn’t worth the gas to get you there, let alone all the costs you incurred to get in and see it. Save your shekels. And the shackles, too, while you’re at it.
