This is a remarkably honest movie based on an honest play about an Oklahoma family. Although I come from OK, another area..Shortgrass Country...every issue, every situation rings so true. And the movie features some of the best actors of our generation. It was heartwrenching in places and realistically funny in others. OK is imbedded in Tracy Letts' psyche and he can only write what he saw and knew. The ending tears my heart out. If you are reading this and wondering if you should watch it, I encourage you too. See one of the best dramas in the last twenty years, if you can take it.
