I thought with such a good cast that this film may have offered so much more. From the moment they set off to the lodge, I knew things were going to get nasty. (What Richard was doing hooked up with Grace, I’ll never know.) The acting from the kids was just superb which elevated the film. Riley is wooden, Richard Armitage a pro. Mind you, I’d give them all a medal for filming in a Quebec winter. The film dragged in the middle and I wondered where it was all going. The end left me feeling sick thinking what might be in store for the kids. I didn’t enjoy this film one bit.
