The author (or if the author's book is being misrepresented, then the writer of the synopsis) should start worrying about his own mental health - or his ignorance of grammar - in referring to an individual character in the third person plural. As this is a book intended for 4 - 8 year olds, apparently he is virtue signaling approval of introducing the idea of genital mutilation to underage childen.

Many movies are about normal people in unusual situations. One of the charms of Psych has always been normal situations populated by unusual people. Classic psych: Overly convoluted plot which somehow manages to dovetail into a satisfying feel good ending, delightful goofy and clean humor with a charming ensemble cast which has maintained its chemistry for 16 years. What is not to like?
