Janie Gray

I was very disappointed. Jennifer did a great job; however the life of Aretha in the National Geographic version was 10 times better. The director of that movie dove deeper into Aretha`s life than the movie version did which I was very disappointing. This movie version left so much out. Aretha was married 3 times which nothing was mentioned here, nor her relationship with Arista Records with Clive Davis. Now I don't know if this particular movie theater acquired a different version, but from my view point I left the theater not getting my money's worth compared to National Geographic version on TV that was a 4-5 part series. I realize you can't get as much in the 2hr movie but for me it missed the mark.
