Having watched the original Star Wars films at a young age and being a massive fan of the originals, this series appears to further demonstrate how contemporaries are demeaning the qualities of the films. Woke ideologies abound, each new story in the new Star Wars saga seems to undermine and simply further complicate the Star Wars timelines. Are we now to expect a new set of woke agendas and poor acting with each subsequent storyline? Lucas Film and Disney do really need to sort out their direction, they must get real fans and writers to help develop their new series and get rid of the 'plastic fans' who believe that every film/series has to 'say something' about modern society. We want escapism, leave everything else to the News Channels!
