I used to admire Ellen for her kindness, openness and humor. I was thrilled for her when she received her medal from President Obama. I am mortified by the way that she treats her staff. I am very upset that she giggled while her staff was being screamed at by one of the producers. I will No longer support Ellen or either of her shows. Ellen look in the mirror and Be Kind!
