I've watched many anime movies and let's just say, this was by far the worst one. It had great graphics and character designs but the plot was just very predictable and uninteresting. I would have wished they would have explained a bit more but many things are sadly left behind since the story just focused on the main character overcoming her anxiety from singing, and fear of not being good enough for the world. It had countless scenes that made me wonder, did they even care to create new ideas or scenarios for the plot? Or did they copy off others? I just did not enjoy this overall. Though, if you are a just beginning to get into anime, I would say this would be good for you because it's so basic, easy to understand (since they don't explain anything for the plot), and had easy likable characters. Just not for me since I enjoy more into depth kind of stories. This fits into more of tweens or kid type movies I suppose.
