Supacell is what happens when casuals hop on the superhero genre. The premise of the show is that Michael has to save Dionne from dying by recruiting 4 black people and one biracial. The premise pretty much becomes useless when she dies anyways and Michael rewinding time twice fixes nothing. Why would he need 4 specific people to save Dionne if he knew when Dionne would die so he could have sent her out of London for a few days or teleported her home before the final battle. Rapman has a nack for making a female a plot device(Kiera in Shiro's Story, Leah in Blue Story and Dionne in Supacell) The characters aren't interesting and the show has slow pacing. One named Tazer is a generic roadman, the biracial named Rodney is a weed dealer, Sabrina is a nurse that is a magnet to criminal men, Andre is constantly getting sacked after his criminal record of selling drugs gets made known, and Michael is a delivery driver. These characters won't become icons in the future. Supacell has one of those idiot plots where characters are unable to make smart choices. Some include Sharleen still hanging around her abusive ex named Krazy and she gets captured. Michael not telling Dionne to go home in the finale, Andre never checking his car for drugs, Andre betraying his allies after being duped by Ray, Rodney not following his friend Spud to the bando etc. The random plot twists as well make the plot convulted. Krazy is randomly superpowered ,Victoria who used to be just a nurse is now a villain and now Sabrina and Rodney want to save their close ones. The overaching antagonists didn't get much screen time. At best, all we learnt is that a sickle cell mutation grants superpowers and they want to gain it for themselves by kidnapping black people. Rapman said he wanted to raise awareness of sickle cell in Supacell but he only glorified it. Even worse is that they are just a secret group of white people kidnapping black people to experiment on them, going as far as to trick them into doing their bidding.

Deadpool and Wolverine is a movie that's too self-obsessed with trying to be funny that it becomes unfunny. Many jokes like Deadpool being the "Marvel Jesus", an alternate Deadpool who can't regenerate, Human Torch's insult towards Cassandra etc. The movie made Deadpool into an annoying edgelord who can't stop trying to be funny which ruined a lot of serious moments like the scenes with Cassandra Nova, Deadpool and Wolverine's "sacrifice" etc. The plot itself needed better writing. Cassandra was wasted and had not a lot of screen time for someone apparently powerful enough to kill Dr Strange but dies from a timeline destroying machine being shut off despite also being shown to be powerful enough to control the void. Too many dumb cameos were just there to fill the run time. On a side note, the void and Alioth being made to sound so life threatening in Loki meant nothing in the movie.

Tom Holland is the worst Spider-Man for a couple or reasons: Peter wouldn't have beaten Mysterio if Happy hadn't picked him up from the Netherlands in a plane which further allowed him to gain access to Stark Tech. This is made worse by his own "enemies" such as Sandman needing to help him capture Electro. This lack of independency is so insulting to Spider-Man's character since he literally takes on the Sinister Six by himself in the comics and doesn't rely too much on others to keep him going. That's what made Spider-Man relatable, unlike whatever the MCU is doing. Peter has become more like Miles Morales who wants to prove himself because of his young age, has a mentor and the mentor leaves or dies in Peter's case(similar to how Batman saw Jason Todd die in front of him). Spider-Man as a whole in the MCU lacks any any moral factor and now tried to make him relatable in Now Way Home with this whole "losing everyone and all alone thing" even though it was all Peter's fault. It's not basic superhero bad luck; it's just Peter making more bad decisions like he has been doing for the past 3 movies. Lastly, having a mentor takes away from the whole finding his own way independently which is why he acts like a rookie all of the time. This is what Spider-Man usually strives in doing in terms of independency. Speaking about the plot, Peter made 3 bad decisions: Thinking he needed to resolve his problem. The only bad thing that happened was that he and his friends didn't go to college which eventually got resolved when he talked to the headteacher . His situation is like in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien when Ben's life remains the same after becoming famous. Not asking Dr Strange to just make people forget that Mysterio revealed his secret identity. Saving and trusting villains which led to his aunt May's death. Here's why MCU Spider-Man is unfaithful: Never grows up and is still a immature kid. Lacks any independency and needs to be mentored as if he can't learn on his own two feet. Had his aunt May die instead of his uncle Ben. All of Tom's "villains" hated and had their motivations against Tony Stark. Extremely reckless. Couldn't beat Doctor Octopus, Vulture or Green Goblin(last fight doesn't count since Norman didn't bother fighting back) No Harry Osborn Never worked at the Daily Bugle Thought against Thanos before he was even an adult Didn't reveal his identity to everyone when joining Iron Man during the Civil War. Unrelatable: Friends with Tony. Fought Thanos. Goes on school trips. Financially stable. Never has the struggle of a normal teenager/civilian(Far From Home proves this). Big mistakes in all 3 movies: Train scene Getting lost in the Netherlands Almost collapsing the multiverse.

Everything gold Seth Rogen touches turns to mold. It's as if he knows nothing about TMNT and just did some small research in time for the movie. Mutant Mayhem is an unfaithful adaptation. Here's why: Characters: They were the worst part of the movie. The turtles pretty much act the same which is proven by how Donatello is no longer the smart nerd who likes making gadgets and sounds too young. Michelangelo is pretty much not a party animal who takes things unseriously. Leonardo is as silly as the rest of them and only showed one ounce of leadership during the final battle. Similar thing with Raphael who had only a few moments of hot-headedness. Splinter is no longer a martial artist who trains the turtles and is also not Japanese. They couldn't even make him a pet rat of Hamato Yoshi yet insist on having Shredder in the sequel. Not to mention how lazy he was for most of the movie(getting the turtles to run errands for him and only doing something after they get captured by Cynthia) Their training gets replaced by them watching fighting videos. I wish Splinter was still the wise sensei/father figure we all know. It's terrible way to modernise TMNT. The villains themselves sucked. The movie had some of the most popular characters like Leatherhead, Bebop and Rocksteady, Superfly/Baxter Stockman who were ruined. Leatherhead is now a female and an Australian crocodile, Bebop and Rocksteady aren't hired guns and were pretty much sidelined. Baxter and Superfly are now seperate, Genghis Frog no longer works for Shredder and Wingnut is now a female and finally, Scumbug is a female. Additionally, there are no human to mutant characters which mattered a lot to the franchise, just left to be teased by Superfly. All the villains(except for Superfly and Cynthia Utrom), turn good which really punts a dent on future antagonists for the sequel.0 Comedy: The second worst part of the film. Mutant Mayhem relies on terrible pop culture references and repeated jokes such as mentioning Attack on Titan, Beyonce, Drake, Godzilla, MCU and abusing April vomiting along with the turtles being milked joke. If anything, the movie should have been called "Attack on Turtles" since how much they butchered TMNT. Some of the songs didn't fit with the scenes like Superfly's army on the road or Splinter fighting. The pacing made the movie feel rushed. The movie's action is quite low. Finally, the dialogue used words like "sus" and "rizz" which was just cringe and they never even once said "cowabunga". Also, Michelangelo twerks. The artstyle was ugly most notably the humans. The characters looked like bad clay sculptures.
