Disclaimer: this is not meant to be an all critic review just my opinion The Fnaf movie was an honest disappointment considering it was completely inaccurate to the lore and the games considering the way the Fnaf games have an uncanny and disturbing setting the movie kinda ruined that and made it to look like more of a parody….then an actual FNAF! movie. The fact that the production didn’t even know the Fnaf lore was INSANE and was really stupid. The worst part was probably all the unnecessary stuff they added which included the characters for example people like Abby, Doug, aunt Jane etc, also the way they write them, the story/plot for example (little spoiler) the Vanessa afton plot twist was stupid and random. A big problem was the movie itself was entirely below average, like I mean if you take a fun plot like this you know do something with it experiment, this movie could’ve been fun, crazy, gory, suspense, uncanny, intense, but no we get a slightly below average movie who’s entire audience was there for the game, and popularity. Now let’s not forget there were a few pros which included the high budget and how much effort and hard work they took to create the setting and animatronics considering they’re ACTUAL animatronics. They also have AMAZING acting. jokes aside Josh hutcherson was actually a good idea for the main character considering how good of an actor he is. the little girl is also an amazing actor considering she’s in like 2nd grade she still does a professional job.
