Laura Vitale, what kind of real Italian are you that you cannot pronounce BRUSCHETTA correctly? Come on...you are smart and good at what you do but no matter how man y generations removed from Italy you must know that in Italian the letter "h" after the letter"c" makes the "c" hard like "k" . There is no such thing as BRUSHETTA....get it rigrsht and raise your credibility level. Thanks! ANd keep on cooking!
