I loved this game when it was first released. Sure, there were a few issues that I would assume would be patched. But with the recent patch, the game is exponentially worst. The game was unplayable for nearly two days due to a server issue. Typically this is would only affect the multiplayer side of the game but the “always online” feature bricked the game. Thus I was unable to play single-player campaign. Furthermore, the most egregious part is this game is a full price game that is riddled with micro transactions. The newest update expounded on this issue by making it harder to earn cars and in game credits. They're literally cars in the game that costs $200, for a single car! They waited until reviewer’s released positive scores prior to releasing their micro transactions campaign. I refuse to play this game until these issues are resolved. I feel ashamed buying the deluxe edition of this game. Corporate greed has once again killed an otherwise solid racing game.
