This is with out a doubt the most accurate story of the beginings and ends of Oxycontin. This is a gripping and true representation of the destruction that Oxycontin caused in America and how it was created and why it was created. What most people don't know is that it could have been much much worse if it existed in a true medically approved sense for just a few more years. It created devastation for millions but it really was just the beginning of what the sacklers thought could have been much bigger over time. Thank God that it was stopped before it was too late because it really could have been much worse. The Sacklers ( Richard ) was trying to get approval for children's Oxycontin as well. If that would have happened, the national level of devastation would have been enormous and it would have taken probably half a century for the nation to fully recover. I can honestly say that I'm part of the generation that fought and struggled against this evil medication. Guess what? The war is still ongoing even though this medicine isn't even on the market anymore and hasn't been for a decade.
