Just watched this for the first time and I am blown away. Blown away at the fact that I chose to waste 2 and a half hours of my life watching this movie. It is so dull for the most part with a few scenes that are exciting but do not build up even close to the amount of excitement of movies such as Christopher Nolan’s masterpiece: Interstellar. This is a warning to anyone who considers watching this, don’t. I see how some might find it interesting due to it coming out when none of this AI tech existed but now there is no mystery and lead to me cheering once I realized the film had finally ended. I felt like I was in one of the hibernation tank in the movie and slowly was killed as all of the systems in my body were shut down. If you want to watch a classic sci-fi, pick a Star Wars movie. If you want a good space travel movie, watch the aforementioned “Interstellar” or “Passengers” with Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. Overall though. It was absolutely abysmal and I am overjoyed at the fact that it is over.
