The producers have absolutely butcherd Robert Jordan's masterpiece. In the first 2 television seasons they have barely followed Jordan's storyline. Characters do not even attempt, for the most part, to adhere to any semblance of Jordan's descriptions. Costumes also seldom match the clothing describes his characters as wearing. And the writers have added things to the story that never occurred in the books. So I gave this tv series 2 stars because I suppose if one has not read the books they might get a modicum of enjoyment from the TV series.
