Kimba and Last Hurrah gave the service my my younger Brother who passed abruptly and unexpectedly. While the service was fitting, Kimba's lack of professionalism and compassion after was terribly upsetting and added an extra layer of trauma that is hard to accept.
She involved herself in strained relations between my brothers ex-partner and my family and initially refused to return his ashes to us, despite the Coroner confirming we had right of release - apparently she didn't like "the vibe"
Used a link to his funeral as Google advertising, without our knowledge or consent
Invoiced us for an interim death certificate - that was never issued
When we questioned and gave feedback on these and other matters, her only response was one of self pity. She apparently works too hard and misses out on too much family time when running her own business.
I would warn anybody considering using her service to first look at alternatives
