It's just a weak movie tbh... The acting is good and the idea for the drug itself is fine, but it's really just a shitty family/friend drama story. It feels like there's 3 or 4 separate stories happening inside of the movie and the runtime just isn't long enough to flesh out any of them. In the end it's just not interesting cos you're interested in the drug but we're talking about fucking divorces. There's also a really painfully obvious message about racism throughout the whole thing. If anything, this constant reminder of racism is the real focal point of the movie.
