i felt that the performance was extremely lacking. scenes that were so powerful and emotional in the original one, it was really deflated and flat in this one. the voice actors didn’t seem to have any personality except for timon, pumbaa and zazu. mufasa seemed to drone along with barely any emotion in the things he was saying. the big stampede was super disappointing. you had no sense of imminent danger. there didn’t seem to really be that many, at least not enough to kill him. the major scenes felt rushed. the only thing spectacular was the visuals.
