Lovely estate agent who showed us around, but the office is readllly unprofessional, time wasting and untrustworthy. They let us see a property on the Saturday and I said I'd make an offer on Monday, they were due to call me for feedback anyway, they didn't call me and took all day to return my call to them, only to tell me that it's now under offer without even giving me opportunity to make my offer, which was higher and being under offer myself would mean a speedy sale for their seller, really bad practice and not how you run an estate agent, the owner should have been informed of the offer but told not to make a decision until all viewed had been spoken to. So completely wasted time, journey, all of the research put in etc. I cannot trust them to be transparent and honest and any property I see in future if it's being managed by these cowboys will not be something I consider. Absolute disgrace!!!
