I really wish they would get off the racism story line. I loved shemar burton when he was on criminal minds. I liked him in the first season here but now he is so arrogant not someone I would want to know. Sad really they have changed his character so much

I liked the show in the beginning but I watch TV to be entertained. Lately it is doing nothing but preaching the BLM and social injustice movement. What does this have to do with fighting fires. Not only this but pushing the LGBT lifestyle. It is hard to find programs that are family friendly without the liberal Hollywood indoctrination. Tonight's episode was about George Floyd and the protest. Again what does this have to do with a firestation. This was the last one for me. I am done.

I keep hoping it will get better but sadly it is disappointing. Let me start from the beginning. If you read the book like I did which I will say is by far my favorite of his books, you will be disturbed by how far removed from the actual book this series is. Not to mention how confusing the back and forth the first few episodes are. Another thing is the dreams. A very important element to the plot are not really emphasied. Mother Abigail calling to some singing hymns on her porch from hemingford home Nebraska not Colorado. Now the cast.......those of you who saw the original miniseries if you are like me you are going what the #@#.... Flags right hand man loyd being played by this clown would never happen How could they butcher the character of Tom Cullen so badly. Sweet Tom moon spells tom Cullen. Mother Abigail. She is supposed to be 108 years old and humble. Whoopi Goldberg plays her like herself, in charge looking 45 instead of 108. Poor choice in my opinion The way this has been written so hodgepodge it has been hard to become attached to the characters. They just threw them in there without enough buildup.. Waiting for the end to see how it plays out.

I love the show but lately they have been using the race card. I want to be entertained not preached to. The latest episode...more black people are dying, more black women are being trafficked.....I mean come on.
