This book definitely deserved 5 stars, Matthew Perry shares stunning, and encouraging stories. ( Yet I will continually sign up for this s*** because it was something different and anything different is good, a line from Groundhog Day).
Perry tells it all "straight no chaser"
( I was told that some beefy Swiss guy really didn't want the guy from "Friends" dying on his table and did CPR on me for the full 5 minutes, beating and pounding my chest. If I hadn't been on "Friends", would he have stopped at 3 minutes? Did "Friends" save my wife again)?
I even considered using this book in my group sessions with others. Perry suggests ( You never know where one thing will lead ...I guess the lesson is take every opportunity because something might come of it). Brilliant Epiphany
