I was excited to watch, but was very disappointed in this show. I think what threw me off in the very beginning was complaining and comparing slavery to the NFL. I thought players volunteered to be there to play their dream for the Combine/NFL??!? Although I am not oblivious to what is still going on today with race, Colin seemed to want to cause more dividing amongst the US than already is here. Instead of telling his story growing up, this show made it seem like every race is angry with his interludes inside “his story”. On top of that I wonder what his folks think about his story…didn’t they love him so much and take care of him? He didn’t have any other support as well? He paints a very different picture. Seems like he was just complaining his whole show. Good luck to him.
