I lost my son 8 months ago and still grieve daily. My daughter bought me this book for Christmas and finally finished it. I am passing it along to someone I met yesterday who lost her sister a year ago, a young person. I will buy another to have and share. Excellent book for those who need to have a life after a significant loss.
