This is one of the greatest shows of all time. Its not without flaws, especially in season one as the show established itself, but overall it's just absolutely phenomenal. I first watched it while it aired on Nickelodeon several years ago. Then rewatched it several times when it was on Netflix in 2014. Then watched it again multiple times when it returned to Netflix in 2020. Everything about this show is fantastic from the character development, symbolism, cultural development, themes of war, loyalty, individuality, to the score and animation. Its very visually appealing. This show has touched me in so many ways, and really takes the viewer on an emotional journey. You really feel like you are part of Team Avatar and experiencing all of the emotional growth of these characters. Expertly blending comedy with heartache, Its a great show for the whole family.
