They could've given a better shot for Edward. Whoever read the books of the series in question would agree with that. They didn't do justice to Bella's character either. She has a complete different personality in the book.
Call me stupid if you like but THE BOOK WAS A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER THAN THE MOVIE AND THEY DIDN'T DO JUSTICE TO IT. PERIOD.
