Rarely, do you see a million-dollar mansion or penthouse being bought by the newest millionaires and multi-millionaires - you know, the stuff dreams are made of. What we see is David in the field for realtors unloading cheap homes in their inventory - even fixer-uppers in average neighborhoods. Far from grandeur. The only wow-factor the show has is David's outfits. The show is a racket through-and-through.
