The entire book is a fabrication of delusion. He never was in jail when he was fifty and he never got off methadone. Has no relationship with family members he doesn’t benefit from and uses their money to fund his drug and nicotine addiction. He mentions his children twice in this book and lies when he says my mother and step father kept him away from us and he was being “uncle dad.” This isn’t true either. We continuously reached out for him over and over and when I was 11/12 he completely disappeared from his choice and my brother cam and I didn’t know if he was dead or alive for twenty years. His brother Matt has purposely shacked up with a multi millionaire woman and has been getting a free ride and gambling her money in stocks for years and almost bankrupted them. The only reason this book exists is because Matt’s(the gold digger and manipulator of this weak and lonely woman) wife funded this book as a form of therapy and just became a manifestation of my dads delusion. He since then has made no effort to reach out and repair any relationship and literally had a check list for things he wanted for when his dad died. He sat and waited for my grandfather to pass so he could “get what he is owed” in his own words. My mother died recently and this man never reached out to anyone of us cuz he was too busy spending his “inheritance” on more pills and currently resides in Lawrence milking the government for as much as possible That head injury he had that was so life changing isn’t true either. Cam and I and he were running for a train in south station before the rebuild and he ran into an I beam at a slightly fast walking pace. Never went to the hospital never got it checked and uses this reinforced delusion to fuel his further isolation and drug induced behavior. It’s sad if someone has read this and thought that he was being honest.
