A lot of people and snobby movie critics seem to think this movie is "just another ho hum war movie" but let me tell you, it's not. Mine dives deep into the triggers of PTSD, and does a great job of highlighting something so often overlooked by society. Trauma very regularly starts at home. It is not always found on the battlefield. If you're looking for a movie about war and action this movie might not give you the thrill you're seeking, but if you're a member of the military, or someone who struggles with PTSD, this movie will feel like recovery, hope, and forgiveness.
