This is the longest running Borscht Belt routine going. People in crosswalks, crazy cabbies, tourists... all old shtick going back to before Fran was even born. This is a vintage act so millennials and mid-westerners can get a peak of what old grumpy NYers were like a long time ago. And also so Fran can make a living.
